Order processing

• Order processing: 3-4 business days

• You will be getting email notifications with order status updates.

• If you order multiple sets or products, you may receive it in multiple packages.

• If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update it.

US

• $6.00 flat no matter how many packages you order

• We ship most of our orders via USPS

• It takes 2-3 business days for continental US destinations and up to 4 business days for Alaska and Hawaii

• US territories will take up to a week

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at picturethismagnet@Icloud.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
